PCR Master Mix

Sahara Hot Start PCR Master Mix offers ambient-temperature stability, fast PCR, and inhibition-tolerance for probe-based qPCR, while Sahara Multiplex extends this performance for up to 4-plex qPCR.

Chai Green qPCR Master Mix is a highly fluorescent, inhibition-tolerant mix ideal for dye-based qPCR or HRM.

Open qPCR is additionally compatible with reagents from other vendors.
